Cancellation Policy: All seminars have limited seating. In the event you cannot attend, please allow room for other registrants by cancelling your enrollment at the earliest possible date.
Registrant cancellations received more than 30 days in advance will receive a full refund, less a 15% fee to cover our processing expenses. Registration cancellations received less than 30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund, or the option to apply 75% of the registration fee as a credit toward a future event, to be used within 18 months. Because we have to make advanced commitments and payments for the venue, food, printing, etc., registration cancellations received less than 14 days in advance, or failure to attend, are non-refundable.
Transfer policy: It is always an option to transfer your registration to another individual who is not already registered for the event. In this case, no refund would be issued – you can handle any payment arrangements directly with the person to whom you are transferring. Then contact our office so we can update our roster with the new attendee’s name.
