Last week I shared a video on common causes of burnout in entrepreneurs, and so many of my clients told me they checked more than a couple boxes on the self assessment.
Frankly, it’s not surprising. High performers have a tendency to push the limits. It’s part of what makes you successful, but it’s a double-edged sword.
So this week is all about how to actively COMBAT burnout.
See, the key isn’t only to remove the things that lead to burnout (although that might be necessary), but also to increase your energy so you’re equipped for the journey.
