This is a necessary shift that you might not want to hear…
I just completed a “Manager Training” program with a group of mid-level managers from across about 10 different companies that I coach, and their response to this key point ranged from enlightenment to feelings of helplessness.
In coaching the CEOs (the “bosses” of this training group), it occurred to me that they are no different!
Many leaders struggle with this shift in priorities and perspective – especially if you’re the Founder, or one who worked your way up through the ranks, earning promotions on your own merit.
If you’re a leader, how have you navigated this shift?
