You can’t give away what you don’t have, so if you’re feeling burnt out, you better believe those around you feel it too.
No matter how good you think you are at hiding it, sometimes the only person you’re fooling is yourself.
Take this short self-assessment to see if you’re experiencing any of these common causes of burnout, then take the steps to protect yourself.
Sometimes you can remove yourself from circumstances that are leading to burnout, but other times that’s simply not possible.
Ignoring difficulties also doesn’t help.
In these situations, your only choice is to actively combat the burnout, by equipping yourself for the journey.
