The 2 most common negative emotions I see in leaders are:

Feeling overwhelmed by wearing too many hats
A sense of guilt over whatever you’re not doing
In other words, you feel as if you could give up sleeping and there still wouldn’t be enough time in the day!

So the quest for “work-life balance” persists.

Striving for the elusive peace of mind that you think will come if you can just get your act together.

I have advice for you:

Stop searching for work-life balance.

It doesn’t exist.

Balance is baloney.
