Foam rolling sucks. They say you get used to it. I haven’t. But whether I like it or not, I have to admit, it’s always worth it. I started off this year with a few personal challenges that felt a bit like that. In other words, it wasn’t always fun, but left me in a much better place – personally and professionally.
